4.  automobile industry: auto spare parts such as Former rear bumper, instrument panel, roof, floor, board baffle, sun shade, engine hood ect.  

 Introduction of our Machine:

This production line is used to produce smc sheets/thermosetting plastics/composite. It produces by forming a sandwich structure which the outside are two films and polyester resin, fiber glass, release agent, hardening agent ect in the middle.

There are five parts:SMC Paste Mixing system, Main Compacting Part, Final SMC Sheet Reel-up part,Fiberglass Yarn Cutting Part and Electrical Control part.The Main system adopts frequency conversion motor.The reel-up part uses torque motor.its power-saving and labour-saving.The cutting part adopts frequency conversion motor.The knife roll is helical.This can increase the working life of the rubber roller and blade.

As the width,there are three types:500mm,1000mm and 1200mm.
